This site is unofficially dead. I visited tonight for the first time since February 7th (8 days ago). There were 4 new posts.
I suppose it won't be officially dead as long at the owners pay the bills and the forum stays online. But it's as close to being dead as a forum can be.
It's been fun, amigos. See you around. I actually hang out a lot these days at chiefsplanet.com, although I use a different username over there. You know, clean slate and all.

Roeder Guilty After 37 Minutes of Deliberation |

Wichita | After 37 minutes of deliberation, a jury today found Scott Roeder guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Wichita abortion doctor George Tiller.
Jurors also convicted Roeder of two counts of aggravated assault for threatening two men who chased him as he fled Tiller’s church after the shooting.
Sedgwick County District Judge Warren Wilbert set Roeder’s sentencing for March 9. Roeder faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.
